A 6-Day Sun + Soul Retreat

in Magical Hvar, Croatia

Dvor Pitve Villas — Pitve, Hvar Island

Dvor Pitve Villas is located in the small and ridiculously picturesque village of Pitve—a calm, peaceful village located in central Hvar , often called “small Tuscany.”

Pitve is one of the oldest settlements on the island, dating back to the late 15th century.

Staying at Dvor Pitve offers an experience like no other—pure peace and quiet in an authentic Dalmatian village, with the time and space to bask in the sun’s rays and breathtaking views.

Some of the most beautiful beaches of the island are just a short drive away; on the south side there are numerous pebble beaches in Zavala, Ivan Dolac, Jagodna, and Sveta Nedjelja. All these beaches are famous for their crystal clear sea that reflect all possible shades of blue.

Among the small hills of Pitve, you’ll find the romantic ambiance of small, rural restaurants that serve delicious local food and culinary specialties. Konoba Duboković in Pitve is definitely a must-experience.

The village of Pitve is peaceful even during the peak of the summer, but if you fancy something more lively, Jelsa town is only a 5-minute drive away—and Hvar Town, with all of its hottest destinations, only 30 minutes away.

Sun + Soul Retreat

May 1st-8th 2024

Join us for a serene 6-Day, 7-Night Sun + Soul retreat in a cluster of three historic villas nestled in the quiet village of Pitve.

Imagine peaceful mornings, awakening to birdsong in the countryside, sipping freshly-brewed coffee as you gaze out at the lush rolling vineyards + glistening sea.

Drive down to the beach to dip your toes in the pebble-stoned turquoise ocean or relax on a cozy beach bed at the private pool in your Dalmatian villa with a good read. Unwind with a yin + sound bowl class in the gardens.

Start your mornings with a run or a walk over the cobblestone roads of quiet Pitve (population of 50!) or stroll to the gardens for a strength training class that leaves you feeling empowered.

Spend the afternoons taking a drive down to Hvar Town to hike up to the majestic Napoleon Fortress overlook as you marvel at terra-cotta rooftops and the sparkling harbor. Set sail for a day trip with the squad to breathtakingly beautiful Pakleni Islands, finding intimate coves with beaches to snorkeling or paddle-board in clear waters.

Cruise a bike around Stari Grad, the coast of the Adriatic sea, and weave through local vineyards; pause for some wine + olive oil tasting and a local mediterranean meal to leave your gypsy soul shinning.

Nourish your body with organic local breakfasts from the gardens right our your door and delicious family-style dinners or explore Hvar for an epic sunset moment and meal at the edges of the ocean.

Nourish your Spirit with movement, a private Breathwork ceremony, and the embrace of nature and small-village life around you.

We took care of the planning, organizing, and nitty-gritty details, so you don’t have too!

Spend a week in Europe reconnecting with nature, play, spirit + your Self.

Come home with a sunburn, smile, pebbles in your shoes, and a little bit more you.

Ceremony, Sound Healing, Strength Training, Nutrition, Yoga, or Being Spiritual—are all words that can be triggering. They can invoke feelings of restriction, of “not-enoughness,” of insecurity, of a distorted self-image, of the need to act a certain way that brings us outside ourselves.

We think that’s bullsh*t.

Eating food should be nourishing, fuel our bodies needs at the time. Strength training should be about feeling strong + becoming empowered, not looking a certain way. Yoga is about settling back into the core of who we really are—our divine essence. Ceremony should make us feel connected to the Earth, the spirits, our divine light.

There is a “come as you are” mentality among fellow travelers. Whoever you show up as is simply accepted, no fanfare.

You can dress however, cuss, hike without grace, eat meat, be inflexible, not have a “6-pack” and still be a gloriously divine person worthy of having all the love + joy in this world.

Reconnect to that inner you; spend a week nurturing you. Be playful, be silly, but most of all BE YOURSELF.
